By accessing or using the ZaToDoor website (zatodoor.com) you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms please do not use our site.

1. Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase products from ZaToDoor. By placing an order you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older. We reserve the right to cancel any order if age cannot be verified.

2. Product Legality

All products sold by ZaToDoor are derived from 100% USA-grown hemp and contain less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC on a dry weight basis, in full compliance with the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 (the Farm Bill). You are solely responsible for knowing and complying with the laws of your state or territory regarding hemp-derived products.

3. Restricted States

We do not ship to the following states where hemp-derived THCa products are restricted or prohibited: Arkansas, Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, Minnesota, Oklahoma, Oregon, Rhode Island, Texas, Utah, and Vermont. Orders placed from these states will be cancelled and refunded.

4. Health Disclaimer

Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. The statements made on this website have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Consult your healthcare provider before using any hemp products, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, or taking medications.

5. Pricing & Orders

All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without notice. Orders are not confirmed until payment is successfully processed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

6. Shipping

We ship via USPS Priority Mail in plain, discreet packaging. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. ZaToDoor is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or circumstances outside our control.

7. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final except in cases of defective or incorrect orders. Please review our full Return & Refund Policy for details.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and product descriptions is the property of ZaToDoor and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

ZaToDoor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
