Shipping Policy

We work hard to get your order packed and shipped as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping details below before placing your order.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 48 hours of being placed, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

We currently offer two shipping options at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping: Ships via USPS. Estimated delivery 3–5 business days after processing.
  • Express Shipping: Ships via USPS Priority Mail Express. Estimated delivery 1–2 business days after processing.

Packaging

All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging with no indication of the contents on the outside of the package. Your privacy is important to us.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships you will receive an email with your USPS tracking number. You can track your package at usps.com or via the USPS mobile app.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to the following states due to state law restrictions on hemp-derived THCa products:

  • Arkansas, Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, Minnesota, Oklahoma, Oregon, Rhode Island, Texas, Utah, Vermont

Orders placed from restricted states will be cancelled and fully refunded. It is your responsibility to verify that hemp products are legal in your state before placing an order.

Delays & Lost Packages

ZaToDoor is not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS, weather, holidays, or any circumstances outside of our control. If your package appears lost or stuck in transit please contact us at zatodoor.com/pages/contact and we will do our best to assist you.

Incorrect Address

Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. ZaToDoor is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address please contact us immediately at support@zatodoor.com before your order ships.
