Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds except in the following circumstances:
Eligible for Return or Refund
We will accept a return or issue a refund only if:
- Your order arrived damaged or defective, or
- We made an error with your order (wrong product, wrong strain, wrong weight, etc.)
Time Limit
All return and refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this window will not be accepted under any circumstances.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return or refund, contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include the following in your message:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the product and packaging if damaged
Do not ship any product back without written authorization from our team first. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Refund Processing
Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:
- Opened or used products
- Orders where the incorrect address was provided by the customer
- Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
- Orders placed to restricted states
- Change of mind or accidental purchases
